We are excited this month to witness the 900th organization to register to use
ARKs, and to welcome Romuald Verrier, from the French Ministry of Education,
as the newest member of the NAAN curator team.
We are also delighted to announce that the IETF‘s Independent Submissions
Stream RFC Editor (ISE) has accepted to work on the ARK specification with a
view to publishing it as an Informational RFC. The ISE’s next task is to
review the work and then commission some independent reviews. The process from
there to a published RFC could be between 3 and 6 months.

year end wrap up.
